Payment & Return Policy
A. Payment Terms We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking through secure payment gateways. Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
B. Return Policy (3-Day Window) We offer a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery. If 3 days have gone by since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
C. Terms & Conditions for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging.
Proof of Unboxing: To claim returns for damaged or wrong products, a clear unboxing video is mandatory.
Items on “Sale” or “Clearance” may not be eligible for returns.
D. Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 working days.
E. Shipping Costs for Returns The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.
F. Dispute Resolution All payment and return disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
